Hulu and Netflix seem to be able to build out robust video distribution platforms, and Amazon AWS seems to be able to handle an impressive amount of video traffic. So it seems like it shouldn't be long before the tech advances to the point where almost any media organization could spin up a "media platform" on a cloud and expand the market for OTT video apps significantly.
