Smaller organizations are indeed more agile. That will aid in this tranformation from older networks to these newer generations. Larger organizations have more complex systems and as such it's much harder to spur change. Agility is key here.

No time like the present
Seems to me like Telcos will be able to handle 5G pretty well in the future. Working well with present technology is always a good idea, especially if it helps with future tecnology.

And it’s also a great learning process. To be able to work with our technology today, like you said, will greatly influence future technology.

@dcawrey yes as smaller Co. have ability to do it right way and quckly - to survive but as long as they could afford to do it...

And that doesn’t necessarily mean forgetting everything of the past. But learning to process new advances and bring your old knowledge into the situation.
