@Ariella Thank you for providing that interesting explanation of a "natural monopoly." I didn't realize it was actually a concept. Also, it would make sense that where there are duo-opolies in regions with competition from cable operators, it's good news for subscribers, but not so good for operators, because they are forced to lower their prices.

That's such a good idea! You always have to think of a back up plan or plan B. If things don't work out the way they're suppose to, an exit plan is a great idea!
