The question is whether this is a "subjective" or an objective standard.    Customers are funny that way--aren't they?

@mpouraryan, if it is for customer service, it needs to be "subjective" - provide value to the customer.  Customers aren't going to support things just because they meet a technical standards - it has to deliver new value in ways that benefit the customer's needs and interests - the value of customers.

Totally agree! Customers don't care about the technical side as much. They want something new and exciting for them too.
