@Joe, Great article. I didn't see anything in the article mentioning security meaures for multi-cloud. I am sure they have some security measures in place but just curious to know what they are using - encryption, etc.

Multi cloud is important because not every application is made equal. 

You're going to want to run a complex cloud application from Adobe somewhere close versus something less latent like email. It's just an issue of data over geography.

@dcawrey  interestion observation I could not agree more but I also think in some cases it will act as a game changer for improving many apps performance at the end...

@freehe Guess that's the downside to long-term contracts. It's not easy to keep up with when, how and what the companies are billing their customers for. It's easy for them to cheat. But who would want to do business with a company that has no integrity?
