I think with SDN being slow to ignite in the data centers isnt really a big problem because we all know it will get better over time but we all want to know when and how. The SDN is well known and will be improved but it will be hard with the data centers because the company has to know what they are doing with the technology and it will be harder to do with all of the problems they are having with the SDN issues. I honestly thin they will get it in the near future and it will be pretty soon over the next year or two.
