Just because a company says they have expertise in a particular product doesn't mean they really do. In addition, how does this affect the warranty, insurance and service plans for iPhone customers. Seems like it might be a bad deal for iPhone customers. What happens if the repair man causes more damages to the phone or it stops working completely after they repair it. Will Apple replace the phone or will customers have to spend money to buy a new one. I don't know if I would trust a cable company to come in and fix my iPhone. I get that they're trying to expand their services, but what if they don't know what they're doing?
