Re: Devices
I think "lack of content" is something that a lot of players are addressing, but it's not so much a lack of content as it is a lack of original content per player.
In the big wide world of video out there, there is TONS of content. You couldn't watch a one thousandth of it all if you tried.
Incidentally, I read recently that Netflix plans to eventually make 50% of its content original content.
Content amount (and diversity) is a problem that the Big Video players know how to solve -- because it mainly involves throwing enough money at the problem. The real trickiness lies in other areas, IMHO.

Network
I voted for the network. I think infrastructure is a barrier right now.

Re: Devices
As I reflected upon this, I am not sure, per se, Lack of content is as central an issue as capacity. Despite all the transformation we've been witness to--I can't help but wonder whether in fact we're ready for this or not? What true value-add will it in fact serve?
Devices
I voted "Device penetration" -- because the proliferation of mobile viewing has demonstrated to us that Millennials and Gen-Yers care more about a small screen that is all theirs than a large screen that they share with others.
As for why I personally am not buying one yet? I'm just too cheap. ;)
