A recent report by the TM Forum took a look at how service providers were implementing their digital transformations, and the tools they were using to measure their progress. For its first report on digital transformation, the TM Forum surveyed 64 executives from 49 communications service providers in regards to their plans. The results are summarized in the infographic below.
