5G Across the Globe
Huawei is showing its 5G prowess in many countries. I particularly like what it's doing with Vodafone in Italy: "In Milan, Vodafone's Italian operator is offering $12 million over the next four years to encourage 5G innovation around technologies like robotics, augmented and virtual reality and across industry verticals."

I'm not even going to read the article about Trump's proposal for a so-called "nationalized 5G network" without getting the feeling that it's a bad idea -- a very, very bad idea.

@mhhf1ve  yes for USA it will be a very big problem... like Walmart pushing all the small Ma&Pa stores to close...

@mhhf1ve I would say it depends how you look at this problem as I see it 5G is here to stay... but it always important to know - how it will end up at the end and players and paries involved...

Yah, a small country doesn't need to have that many competing networks -- there's a loss of efficiency in the market. But for the US, it would be monopolistic to have only one wireless network....
