Re: Trust
Good points! I’m the same way. I’m still weary about putting my personal information online. You never know these days what hackers are capable of..

Re: Digital Transformation Dynamic Ecosystem
@freehe - I don't know that digital trust entirely boils down to being either unaware of or not concerned with risks. It could be a very calculated decision to accept the risks. And more often than not, I'd imagine that's the case. Any more, we have to be connected or we will get left behind. There aren't many jobs left that don't require some knowledge of technology. I actually had a woman chastise me because I limit the technological usage of my children (they are all still very young) but she claimed her parents kept her from it and that has stunted her career to this day.

Re: Digital Transformation Dynamic Ecosystem
@clrmoney. There are pros and cons to digital transformation. Consumers have digital trust because they are unaware of the risks or are not concerned with the risks of data breaches of their personal information.

Re: Complex world isn't so small anymore
@mhhf1ve, I agree. Any techology benefits from partnerships and collaborations especially digital services. IoT, AI, machine learning and blockchain techology will defintely spur innovation. It will hopefully spur more forums, standards, conferences, partnerships and technology trials. The next few years should be very exciting.

Trust
Digital trust is at a deficit. Consumers are still cautious about sharing their personal information online. When consumers do share their personal information they do so with reputable companies.

The key is for companies to close the gap in consumers confidence and gain their digital trust. This will require security standards, implementing additional security procedures and software. A decrease in the number of data breaches will also have to occur to gain digital trust. IoT and AI can help close the gap.

Digital Trust
Digital trust exists by businesses and consmers. However I think consumers blindly trust and assume that their personal information will be protected without actually verifying that it is. The main devices that put consumers at risk are mobile devices, computers, wi-fi, smart devices, online shopping and online accounts.

Can we really consciously develop interactions and catalysts?
In the computer field, and in other technical fields as well, interactions between new technologies, and people finding ways to use the new tech together (as in Bachmann's example of the intelligent car) have been the major drivers in the process, so it makes sense for people with an interest in technical advance to try to foster such connections.  But my sense of it is that in the past, such things just kind of grew.  I'd be very interested in hearing more about how TM Forum tries to move intertech interaction out into the wider world; I'm wondering how effective such things can be?

Re: Complex world isn't so small anymore
mhhf1ve,

I think digital trust is already clearly a valuable commodity and people are already acting like it is.  It's just currently very underreported, and reporting on the subject suffers from the lack of clearly, commonly understood metrics. But given how much potential value is there, I suspect many really good minds (mostly behind closed doors) are pouring effort into those areas.

Complex world isn't so small anymore
>"New digital services benefit from a host of partnerships and real-time interaction with customers whether businesses or retail customers. There is a need to rethink monetization, management and trust in the world of digital services..."

The rise of distributed autonomous organizations and all kinds of new institutions that may be powered by blockchain technologies may spur ever more complex partnerships and connected entities in the economy. Digital trust is going to be a valuable commodity soon.

Digital Transformation Dynamic Ecosystem
The Digital world keeps on evolving and more and more people are beoming more hope while some other will never care for it. I like the CSP because it will give you different options to choose from and to make it more convenient for the companies and customers.
