Just to piggyback on that, It is hard to make the right changes too. Sometimes companies make these massive changes only to realize a few months later that they didn't make the right call.

True. We've seen visionaries be able to foster dramatic change. But a lot of companies don't have that visionary. What do those organizations do? How do companies better incentivize employees to embrace change?

I agree with the leadership part. There are so many companies that cannot, or do not know how to go about, effecting change in an organization because they are afraid to move forward. Change can be scary in a huge corporation. If done the wrong way, it can bring you down, or if there's a good strategy that fits for the organization, it can make it successful. You need a leader that is a visionary.
