The full application of AI is still in its nascent stages, and there are quite a few "unknowns". Many a times the "unknowns" spook us.
For CSPs, AI adaptation/experimentation are in a few areas viz. Smarter IVR, network automation, advancing customer analytics further, etc.
As of now we can be optimistic that there will be sufficient controlling point for AI :)

@vishalaug thanks for the info interesting to know for me AI is a way of the future and the way I see it we living in the future now... but it gonna be sometimes the way I see AI before it get wide adoptiop

We have to accept the true realities--no doubt. The challenge, though, is to make sure we never lose that sense of control--thankfully San Francisco is enlightened enough to realize it as it is starting to regulate robots.
We must remain vigliant.

@batye, AI is indeed in the peak of the hype cycle. But... the developments happening are amazing. And the experimentation/adaptation in CSPs have indeed started.
