Re: AT&T Embraces AI
@ms.akkineni, they have the capabilities, as long as they remain committed, and the leadership to make that a reality.  Encouraging to see good models of success!

Re: AT&T Embraces AI
@dlr528:: On going competition is the only constant in this market. One has to master dealing with that and then survival is feasible to great extent. I am sure this is nothing new for AT&T.

Re: AT&T Embraces AI
Absolutely. AT&T has great potential to be the leader. They just need to execute with right plan, vision and timing. That would clearly set them apart and make them leader in their space.

Re: AT&T Embraces AI
And on top of that it’ll be interesting to see how competitors react to AT&T. And what new things that they will try to build on because of this.

Re: AT&T Embraces AI
@ms.akkineni, they definitely have the ability to compete.  Adding that as a choice would make them a leader and set a bar that other companies would struggle to meet.

@DHagar:

That is very good option for At&T to think about. Hope some At&T reps are following these forums. That would certainly impact customer retention as well as grabbing new ones.

Re: AT&T Embraces AI
@ms.akkineni, very true.  I am also wondering if at some point in the future there will not be favorable pricing for remaining a customer, with loyalty and/or seniority pricing?  Might be a positive value proposition.
