@dcawrey, I fully agree.  Like everything else, I believe that it is an open field just waiting for the leaders to take and run with it.  The leading companies will and the others will follow - typical pattern!

This is a great collaborative effort. Maybe by calling out some of the telcos they will participate. I wonder what's holding them back?

@clrmoney, true, but it is always a challenge to truly get people to function with the open source.  The cultures are such that everyone likes the benefits but try to operate in a single focus lane of dominance, as opposed to the benefits of the open source and virtual connections that are provided.

Maybe the OSM/Open Source MANO has some work to do and I thought Open Source already had something going. The packaging and automated is something interesting because we will need some services that get things done etc.
