Re: Automation and Service Agility
Speed is becoming priority especially with younger genetations. They just can't wait for anything. I have a teenager who gets resless to wait even seconds in some cases.

Re: Automation and Service Agility
Absolutely, this is just addiction and obsession. As you said these younger folks act like 'Now or Never'. And interestingly enough their interests chnage way too fast and in the wait they may even choose to find something else.

Re: Automation and Service Agility
@John. B:

Ofcourse, no one is ready to accept downtime. What i was trying to say is we are ok to be convinced to have downtime willingly as per plan, if needed to be. I don't think i can convince my teenager for the same no matter what.

@dlr5288:

No surprise at all. We see this trend more coomon with younger generations. Considering reality factor and adjusting expectations only would happen with experience.

Re: Automation and Service Agility
Yeah true. I think it’s because I’m always on the move doing something and most of the time I don’t have enough time to wait for something to load or take a super long time to connect to me.

Re: Automation and Service Agility
Yes, there are all good reasons why no one likes to wait longer. That's a bit hyper when it comes to yonger crowd.
