@batye, well stated!  And there is another entire layer of users (business/decision makers) that can be engaged and move beyond just the traditional IT labels.  That is when it will really become important.

@batye, otherwise we are not gaining anything from the technology.  The purpose of the technology is the data, and then to use the data.  If we don't connect those dots, we are just expediting existing processes - with no new value.

@batye, true!  Maybe they think customers are autonomous as well and grow on trees!  The companies that develop and deliver value are the ones that are going to gain.

@batye, yes, the customer is king today - that is what competition creates!  Let's hope the human intelligence becomes equallly recognized of value (such as companies like AT&T with their upskilling!).
