@batye, good thought!  Which is why we need Telco Transformation, to get us to relate to a better understanding of how to better engage with all the technologies and maximize the potential.

@batye, great insight and understanding.  That is very true.  We have to understand new ways to provide what they need, as opposed to trying to educate them as to what we are delivering. 

This is "selling refrigerators to the Eskimos" - not to keep the food cold, but6 to keep the food from freezing. 

So again, we have to learn new ways.
