But if your customers are that unhappy and you don't have a foreseeable solution to the problem, I can see how it would just make more sense (albeit a pain in the kutuckas) to go backwards. At least from whence we came the secuirty was a little easier to control. If that's what the customer is asking for and you can't fix the problem, it could be the only solution. I was actually shocked to read that some are choosing to go back down the road from which they came. I do understand the security concerns - in fact, some of our client agreements state outright that none of their data shall reside in a public cloud, so we've never used one to begin with. Towant bring all that data back home again after you've migrated to the cloud - seems like you have to be pretty unsatisfied to undertake that project.
