Re: Flexibility
Definitely. I guess we’ll have to wait and just see how it all plays out in the end.

Re: Service to the customer
@Shaunn interesting point, but the way Blockbuster did everything does remind me of the Sears Canada and or Starbucks.com stores.. just too many errors while trying to use old model approach... without thinking using new way/technology - right way...

Re: Flexibility
It definitely is a mobile world these days. Even my mom, reluctantly, switched over to a smart phone. She does most of her things on her phone now.

Service to the customer
A company with good customer service is likely to make changes to their service based on how well it goes with their users. Blockbuster had a streaming service AND through the mail service to compete with Netflix before going belly up, but neither one worked was serviced very well. Even if it's not the key to the video kingdom, it's at least the ring that holds the key along with other important things.

Re: Flexibility
Definitely! Being able to be flexible, not only with the consumers, but with the prices as well is very important.

Re: Customer Service
If I was able to vote (and for some reason I couldn't), I would have been in the "balance' category..as this is an implicit acceptance of customers as well--catering to the entire spectre of needs!!
