There's definitely moments when I have to put my phone down. Most of the time, however, I always have it on me..

@dlr5288 I do not know... but I try to avoid my cellphone as I try to have me time - without interruptions... Me time...

It's crazy to think how it was 10-15 years ago when phones weren't taken everywhere. Now almost everyone has it on them or close by at all times..

Don't get me wrong, I would hate to be staring at my screen all day too. For me though, it's just nice to know I have it close by!

@dlr5288 I try to keep away from my phone and keep it at home but I have old nokia - not a smart phone :)... I would prefer spinner in my hand instead of stearing in the screen ...
