And hopefully better infrastructure - Level 3 has been having issues all day affecting our connectivity - mostly throughout the Midwest.

This is great thay they are buying Level 3 which means more revenue and better business in the long run.

So will CL and Level 3 have an easier time of getting regulatory approvals than AT&T and Time Warner? I think since AT&T/Time Warner includes video content it might be harder since there's the potential that DirecTV could have an easier time getting TW content than other service providers. But on the other hand, the CL/L3 deal will need to gain approvals abroad due to L3's overseas assets. Either way, a long road ahead for both deals.

I read this article and was very impressed. I think AT&T will be good to connect with CountryLink. They will be earning or losing 34b for buying lv. 3 deal.

Mostly because everyone is set on their mobile device and don't want to change. Again peple are scared of chnage..
