I think since AT&T/Time Warner includes video content it might be harder since there's the potential that DirecTV could have an easier time getting TW content than other service providers. But on the other hand, the CL/L3 deal will need to gain approvals abroad due to L3's overseas assets. Either way, a long road ahead for both deals.
