This service deployment capability is really important, I think. When it comes to being faster than the competition, that's becoming a bigger part of the game. Technology changes the playing field, and deployment speed is a way to get ahead for sure.

Adi: I was thinking that myself. The advantages of NFV are so clear for the people who make the buying decisions that as soon as any form of it becomes available at a reasonable price, the pressure to move to it is overwhelming. And since its price is going to tumble in the next few years, one might almost ask, "ONLY 81%? Does this mean 19% are asleep at the switch?"

This is great. The lack of a single vendor for NFV and SDN solutions should cause companies to partner and collaborate to close the gap and which can increase revenue for each company.

Deploying services at a faster rate is a win-win for companies, customers and vendors.

Let's see what happens in 2017.
