AT&T Rising
This is great for AT&T with what they have to offer for Saxena like data clouus based information etc. so I say to keep rising and keep going.

Re: Real world experiences...
@mhhf1ve, I  have somewhat the same views of most hackathons.  I am wondering with the purpose and structure of AT&T's if it isn't different and less focused on just generally gaining new insights/information/designs to a more structured problem-solving demonstration of skills.

I agree with Mike that AT&T I doubt would continue to work with a channel that did not produce, so I believe they might structure and operate their hackathons differently - at least I hope so.

Great vision of AT&T on the One-Team.  It is what is needed, but not easy to accomplish.

Re: Real world experiences...
Hard to imagine, for me, AT&T throwing resources at something like this if there wasn't some sort of benefit. I'll see if I can find out more.

Real world experiences...

I wonder if hackathons are really that practical for evaluating some skills. It depends on how the rules are set up -- if there isn't much collaboration (or none at all), then I'm skeptical about how well a hackathon simulates a "real world" setting.
