Confidence
Interesting that Mazin frames key questions in terms of "confidence", rather than impact. A given event may be unlikely, but highly disruptive to services. Another may be pretty likely, but not of much significance.

Somewhere in the mix a service provider needs to be able to weigh up the impact of scenarios, as well as the relative merits of the different ways of dealing with them. Maybe that is part of what is in Mazin's "third generation".

AI is very real
"The magic happens".

AT&T once again shows why they are a market leader. AI will change the way companies do business.

Companies should be able to predict future outcomes and issues, identify risks and develop plans to solve them as well as develop contingency plans to minimize risks.

Being able to react to customer needs instanteously is very exciting. This is what I believe every customers wants.

Re: AT&A AI
AI has been around for a long time. I learned about AI in college. However, it is getting more popularity now.

Poll: AI in Telcom
How important will artificial intelligence be in telecom networks:

1. The most sophisticated forms of AI will be common.

2. AI will play a role, but not as ubiquitously--and the implementations won't be cutting edge.

3. Telcom networks are all natural. Nothing artificial at all, including intelligence.
