And that's really saying something because I hate everything about Cox. Who have done nothing but been a thorn in my side with every encounter I've had with them. Nonetheless, the changes taking place do seem to be more on the organic side than absolutely dramatic in nature. Technology will always progess, and while at first it may seem novel to those who are not paying attention, there is infact a natural progression towards improvement. And I couldn't help but laugh when he says they tend to change the post-it-notes from yellow to pink and think they've done something revolutionary. Lol - don't we all.
