Re: as technology develops
The key is to "sustain this" in a way that does not lose people's interest as I am seeing reports of a slowdown in iPhone Sales which may present challenges down the line.   Transformation is not easy--it is hard--but just like life, compared to what?

Re: as technology develops
@mpouraryan, good points.  I fully agree about the platform Apple is building in healthcare.  They are providing not only devices that have consumer value, but are becoming a powerful host for IoT and other rapidly developing networks.

Re: as technology develops
Hooking up with Apple is not necessary a bad thing--there were, for instance, some interesting announcements on health care that is quite helpful.   People who have hooked up with Apple have been able to hold their own and them some....I have a set from https://www.olloclip.com/ which I use as part of the production efforts for The Daily Outsider Studios.

Re: as technology develops
Yes that's a good point.

I think a lot of businesses just try to keep up with Apple or be able to compete with them. I think we need to look further with digital and not just try for the best thing out there right now, but the best that we could do.

Re: People
I couldn't agree more!

As long as we incorporate both the mechanics and the people behind the advancements, I feel like that will be the real "win" here for a digital lifestyle!

Re: People
@dir5288, that is where the value is!  Hopefully if we design the right transformations, the human intelligence will be more transparent, with the machine intelligence doing the more "routine" tasks and humans still analyzing, designing, problem solving, collaborating, etc. - the things that make everything work!  That will be a win-win.

Re: People
Ahh thank you!

Yeah, I feel like sometimes people forget that there are actual people (workers) behind these new products and advancements. That's why I loved when the importance of people were brought up.

Re: as technology develops
Oh yes, very good points!

Hopefully we will get there when it comes to becoming a digital country. I have faith though. We usually act quickly and get on top of new advances in technology quickly.

@dir5288, great point about people!  Absolutely, people develop, apply, and bring technology to life.  We should applaud the human ingenuity as well as the technology advancements!
