Although we are not currently using the enhanced support product Andrew discusses in part 1 of the video, one of the things we have found really helpful is During the call the users can use *0 to reach a live support representative If possible, this is the best way for level 3 to diagnose the issue. It is really a nice feature.

We currently use Level 3 and domestically we typically don't have many problems. It is the international calls that usually cause issues. Unfortunately Level 3 doesn't have control over the infrastructure in other countries, especially ones like China. Problems we have had include the users being told the call-in number "does not exist" (but it will work the next day), the line ringing and ringing but never connecting, complete silence for several minutes while the call is connecting (and the user gets confused and hangs up).
