Decision 2016: TT Cartoon Caption Contest Winners

The Telco Transformation community has spoken: elizabethv is the winner of last month's cartoon caption contest with a whopping three votes.

From there, the voting process broke down (again) with seven entries tied with one vote apiece. The random second-place winner was DHagar while Joe Stanganelli managed to get on the podium for third-place.
